Truth Reclaimed ("we," "us") sells a single downloadable guide and lets you read the first pages free. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short because we deliberately collect very little.

What we collect
The email you may enter to read the free preview
On the preview page you may enter an email address to unlock the first five pages of the guide. This is handled entirely in your browser to reveal the sample; the address is not transmitted to us or stored on our servers, and we do not build a mailing list from it. If you later purchase the guide, your email is handled at checkout by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record, as described below.
Providing your email is optional. If you would rather not, you can still buy the full guide directly without entering it.
What we do not do with your email
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not add you to a spam list.
- We do not run an automated follow-up or drip sequence.
This mirrors the promise made on the preview page: your email stays private, with no spam and no follow-up sequence.
Purchase information
When you buy the guide, checkout and payment are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. Your payment card details are entered on Lemon Squeezy's systems, not ours, and we never see or store your full card number. Lemon Squeezy shares limited order information with us (such as your name, email, and that a purchase was made) so we can deliver the product and honor refunds. Lemon Squeezy processes your information under its own privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
Information collected automatically
We do not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics on this site. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
- Local storage: after you unlock the free preview, your browser stores a small first-party flag so the preview stays unlocked on your next visit. It lives only in your browser, contains no personal information, and you can clear it any time through your browser settings.
- Hosting logs: our host may automatically log standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site, under its own policy.
Why we are allowed to process your information
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases are the performance of a contract (delivering a product you purchased and providing support and refunds) and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site. Because the preview email is never transmitted to or stored by us, there is no processing of it for which we need a lawful basis.
How long we keep it
We do not keep preview emails, because they are never transmitted to or stored by us. Purchase records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and refund obligations, primarily within Lemon Squeezy's systems.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:
- Access: ask what we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate information.
- Deletion: ask us to erase your information.
- Opt out of sale/sharing: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still contact us to confirm.
- Non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any right, email us at info@truthreclaimed.io. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. For EU/UK residents, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
In the past 12 months the only category of personal information we have received is "identifiers," meaning the name and email address that Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, shares with us when you purchase the guide. The email you may optionally enter on the preview page is not collected or stored by us, so it is not part of this category. We do not sell or share this information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may exercise the access and deletion rights listed above.
"Do Not Track"
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not track visitors across sites or serve targeted advertising, our behavior is the same whether or not that signal is present.
Children
This site and guide are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
